How Altro Vastgoedgroep grew engagement by 75% in a year across multiple pages

The challenge: Bringing structure to a growing brand

Altro Vastgoedgroep is a prominent real estate group with four distinct business units—Altro Vastgoed, Altro Projects, Altro Invest, and Altro Home—each with its own audience, challenges, and goals. While the people behind Altro recognised the importance of social media, they weren’t quite sure how to organise their efforts effectively across so many teams and platforms.

Altro Vastgoed’s first step was building the right structure. With Willow, they implemented a tailored setup using three distinct dashboards.

With Willow in place, Altro Vastgoed turned social media into a true growth channel. Facebook became a key driver of awareness and engagement across the regional offices. Here are some numbers for the past 12 months (May 2024 - April 2025):

  • 390,356 total impressions, up by 67% compared to the previous 12 months.
  • 46,968 interactions, 75.82% more than in the previous period.
  • Total audience of 1,805 followers, a 14.46% increase.

And some of the local offices really stood out for their efforts in the past twelve months.

  • Altro Vastgoed Dendermonde saw engagement jump 73.13% as they posted a total of 224 times (+24.44%).
  • Altro Vastgoed Wetteren grew impressions by 187.2% and engagement by 225.96%.
  • Altro Vastgoed Aalter achieved a staggering 408.84% increase in engagement.

Regional offices also started seeing real results in terms of clicks. Several posts across the different accounts generated hundreds of link clicks—proof that their content was not just being seen, but also driving action.

Expanding to LinkedIn

LinkedIn has also become a strong channel for Altro Vastgoedgroep. Building on the coaching and setup they’ve established with Willow’s help, they were able to double down on LinkedIn with a clear strategy, tailored messaging, and a consistent schedule. This workflow led to a noticeable increase in visibility for each business unit this year. 

But it’s not all about visibility, it also helped them stay top of mind and connect with potential clients, partners, and investors in a professional context. What started as an underused platform has now become a key part of their online brand.
